Scottish enterprise software developer publishes further technical information on its proprietary research, retrieval and execution-control methods, including inventions filed in 2024 and 2026.
GLASGOW, Scotland — 5 November 2026 — Dainin BC Limited has published further details of the patent-filed methods supporting its Cognitive Enterprise Operating System (CEOS), including technology developed for contextual research, knowledge retrieval, multi-domain reasoning and controlled AI execution.

The company’s intellectual-property portfolio includes two Indian patent filings associated with research and reasoning systems, alongside proprietary software and operating-system architecture developed for enterprise applications.
The disclosure forms part of Dainin’s effort to make the technical foundations of CEOS available for examination while protecting detailed implementation methods.
Two areas of protected research
Dainin’s first recorded filing, dated 6 June 2024, is titled System and Method for Advanced Marketing Lead Research, Generation and Content Personalization.
The filing concerns methods for carrying out contextual lead research, generation and personalised communication using relevant market and buyer information.
A second application, Dynamic Multi-Domain Reasoning and Knowledge Retrieval Orchestration under Deterministic Execution Control, was filed on 15 January 2026.
This later work addresses the coordination of knowledge retrieval and reasoning across multiple domains under defined execution controls.
Dainin has also developed proprietary approaches to numerical retrieval, research consistency and the controlled transfer of relevant information between AI processes.
Those capabilities address a practical problem in enterprise AI: a system may generate fluent conclusions while using incomplete context, incorrectly retrieved figures or information that does not apply to the decision being made.
For commercial and operational applications, the distinction between retrieving relevant evidence and generating a convincing response is significant.
Engineering for decisions that can be examined
CEOS connects contextual knowledge with reasoning, decision authority and coordinated work.
Its architecture incorporates three representations of the operating environment: the Organisation Twin, which describes the organisation’s structure and operating relationships; the Business Double, which represents its commercial identity and objectives; and the Digital Double, which represents relevant individual expertise.
The system uses these contextual foundations alongside its IP Vault, specialist agents and decision-governance mechanisms.
Dainin’s Decision Ledger is designed to retain the relationship between evidence, applicable authority, decisions, actions and outcomes.
For example, when an AI-assisted workflow recommends changing commercial terms, the relevant question is not only whether the recommendation is persuasive. The system must also establish which business information supports it and whether the proposed commitment falls within the actor’s authority.
These operating concepts are implemented through Dainin’s broader software architecture; individual patent applications cover their respective claimed inventions rather than the entire CEOS platform.
Developing technology beyond general-purpose models
Dainin’s research addresses components of the system surrounding the language model, including the selection and use of evidence, contextual reasoning and the conditions under which an action may proceed.
“A convincing answer from the wrong evidence is still the wrong answer,” said Dr. Siddharth Jose, Founder of Dainin. “That becomes a serious problem when the system is helping a business make decisions. We’ve spent years working on the research, retrieval and control methods behind those decisions.”
The company maintains public documentation of its operating architecture and intellectual-property portfolio. Detailed protected technical material is available through appropriate confidential review.
The cited filings are patent applications and should not be interpreted as granted patents.
