— Dr. Carol Parker Walsh

VANCOUVER, WA, UNITED STATES, September 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — ThriveAxis® has been named a Stevie® Awards Finalist in three categories in the 23rd Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, including Company of the Year – Business Services – 10 or Less Employees; Thought Leadership Campaign of the Year – Business Services, for the firm’s People-Forward Leadership™ platform; and Female Thought Leader of the Year – Business Services, recognizing founder and CEO Dr. Carol Parker Walsh.

The Stevie® Awards for Women in Business honor the achievements of women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run worldwide. The Stevie® Award is widely regarded as the world’s premier business award.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards will be presented to finalists at a ceremony in New York City on November 16, where Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Grand Winner placements will be announced.

More than 400 women and their guests from around the world are expected to attend the presentations, which will be broadcast live.

More than 1,500 entries from organizations and individuals in 56 nations and territories were submitted this year for consideration in more than 300 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year. ThriveAxis® was named a Finalist in all three categories it entered.

ThriveAxis® is a leadership development and organizational performance consultancy serving public agencies, academic systems, life sciences companies, and nonprofits. The firm’s recognition follows a period of documented client results, including four Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards for client leadership programs and a 2026 Webby Awards Honoree distinction for its People-Forward Leadership™ content.

“Being named a finalist in all three categories we entered is a tremendous honor,” said Dr. Carol Parker Walsh, founder and CEO of ThriveAxis®. “This recognition belongs to our team and to the client partners who trust us with their leaders every day. We built ThriveAxis® on the belief that when organizations invest in people-forward leadership™, performance follows, and it is gratifying to see independent judges affirm that work. We look forward to celebrating with this remarkable community of women in business in New York at the November ceremony.”

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie® Award finalists were determined based on average scores from more than 200 business professionals worldwide across seven judging committees.

Maggie Miller, president of the Stevie Awards, said, “As the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business mark their 23rd year, we continue to be impressed by the remarkable accomplishments represented among the nominations. It is especially rewarding to see the significance a Stevie® Award holds for women and the recognition it brings to their achievements, careers, and organizations. We congratulate all of this year’s finalists and look forward to revealing the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie® Award placements on November 16.”
