LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, September 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — NAVIZIX has announced the beta release of its Route Simulator, a scenario-planning tool for independent businesses. The simulator uses manually entered business figures to model how changes in marketing, staffing, pricing and operations could affect business performance over a two-year period.
The release forms part of NAVIZIX’s development of a digital head office for founders and independent businesses. The beta focuses on modelling relationships between business activities and generating proposed sequences of improvements within a specified budget.
The simulator accepts information including business type, enquiries, bookings, staffing, prices, revenue, operating costs and available cash. Unknown figures can be marked as uncertain. Connections to accounting, booking or payment systems are not required.
An interactive model links indicators including demand, response times, conversion, team capacity, revenue, profit, cash, service quality and trust. Adjustments to individual inputs produce changes across the model according to the underlying assumptions. For example, a scenario involving increased advertising expenditure can examine the potential effects of additional bookings on staffing capacity, service delivery and projected returns.
The simulator also generates a proposed action sequence based on the entered figures and budget. The resulting route sets out estimated costs, suggested timing and possible effects on performance and cash flow. The model incorporates delays and feedback between business activities. Outputs are conditional scenarios rather than predictions of actual results.
NAVIZIX’s May 2026 survey provides context for the focus on business priorities. Among 98 UK-based respondents, 64.3% rated the difficulty small business owners face in knowing what to improve first at four or five on a five-point scale. Participants included business owners, managers, prospective founders, advisers and employees. The sample was self-selected and is not nationally representative.
“When you run a small business, several things can need attention at once, and the order matters,” said Mery Shoaei, co-founder of NAVIZIX. “We want owners to see how those decisions connect, explore the trade-offs and choose a practical next step before committing their time and money.”
The Route Simulator beta concerns the scenario-planning component of NAVIZIX. Other capabilities, including broader automation and human advisory services, form part of the wider ecosystem under development and are planned for introduction in stages.
